Chris has more than 30 years of human resources experience, principally in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Seagen, he was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at MedPointe Pharmaceuticals. In this role, he was part of the team that successfully restructured and sold the business to Meda Pharmaceuticals.
Chris was also the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources for one of the nation’s largest pharmacy benefit management companies, Express Scripts. Earlier in his career, he held senior human resources positions at Pharmacia, Searle, and Monsanto, where he supported the global launch of Celebrex, post-merger integration of numerous companies, and high-growth commercial investments in Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
Chris holds an M.A. in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a B.A. in Economics from Benedictine College, where he graduated summa cum laude.
