Peggy Pinkston is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Seagen and is responsible for global talent acquisition and development, diversity, equity and inclusion, total rewards and HR business partnerships. She brings more than two decades of biotechnology industry experience, with expertise in investor relations, corporate communications, and internal communications.
Previously, Peggy was Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, overseeing strategy, direction and execution of Seagen’s internal and external communications programs. She joined Seagen in 2000, and since then has been instrumental in communications strategies for numerous corporate milestones across Seagen’s growth trajectory, including four product approvals, multiple strategic collaborations, and many pipeline accomplishments.
Peggy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Washington State University.
