The Doctor of Pharmacy Fellowship at Seagen is a one-year, post-doctoral experience designed to help prepare professionals for a promising career within the oncology biopharmaceutical industry. These oncology fellowships are uniquely challenging and rewarding as we work as a team to bring potential medicines to cancer patients around the world. Fellows in each department will gain a variety of experiences by supporting products in a cross-functional environment.
Each fellow at Seagen is treated as a valued member of their department. Fellows are asked to take on a longitudinal project that will leave a lasting impact for their department moving forward. All fellows will complete a set of core competencies and gain experience in certain aspects of their department; however, our fellows have a unique advantage to tailor the experience toward areas of their individual interest. The program also provides a strong framework for professional and career development to guide the fellow to a successful career within the biopharmaceutical industry.
