Description
SGN-CD19A (formerly known as SGN-19A) is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting CD19, which is a B-cell antigen expressed in non-Hodgkin lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia and acute lymphocytic leukemia.

Status
We have reported preclinical data demonstrating that SGN-CD19A effectively binds to target cells, internalizes and induces potent cell-killing activity and durable tumor regressions at low doses in multiple cancer models. SGN-CD19A is a candidate for a 2012 Investigational New Drug (IND) submission to the FDA in CD19-positive hematologic malignancies.
