Current preclinical programs

SGN-19A
SGN-19A is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting the CD19 antigen, a pan-B cell marker expressed on many hematologic malignancies, including non-Hodgkin lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia and acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Preclinical data demonstrate that SGN-19A effectively binds to target cells, internalizes and induces potent cell-killing activity, including complete tumor regressions in multiple cancer models.
