We enter into collaborations with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies to advance the development and commercialization of product candidates and to supplement our internal pipeline. We also have several technology licensing agreements for our proprietary ADC technology that have generated more than $165 million to date.

In addition to the financial benefit, our ADC technology licensing activities extend the reach of our technology into programs being developed by our collaborators and, in some cases, provide us with future pipeline opportunities through co-development or opt-in rights to new ADC product candidates.

We are also actively evaluating potential in-licensing opportunities for cancer therapeutics.
