SGN-75 is a humanized anti-CD70 monoclonal antibody attached to a potent, synthetic drug payload, monomethyl auristatin F (MMAF) utilizing Seattle Genetics' proprietary antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) technology. CD70 is expressed on a variety of solid tumors, including renal cell carcinoma, pancreatic, ovarian and lung cancer, as well as multiple myeloma and several types of non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
