Information for Patients and Physicians

SGN-70 is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the CD70 antigen. CD70 is expressed on activated T- and B-cells but is absent on those cells when in a resting state. Since resting T- and B-cells make up the majority of immune cells circulating in the body, SGN-70 may be able to prevent or reduce the damaging immune response without globally suppressing the patient’s immune system.
